I recently visited the VinFast store and my experience was marred by unprofessional behavior and lack of product knowledge. Sales lady Dionna Brooks was helpful and provided a clear quote. However, when my wife returned the same day evening to sign papers (as agreed) , the car was sold to another person who arrived later than us and team's tone turned rude. They said it's first come first server without even letting us know another person is interested in the same car.
